1. What security to protect unauthorised login?
Every user to login need to provide the correct ID and passwoed. Any
transaction done by user will record into system
2. How to prevent certain users to view or use
important or confidential data?
System able to set the different level of user right.
3. How to add the different unit of measurement for
one item?
System allow user to create unlimited unit of measurement in master
record.
4. How to alert to requester after approved by
management to purchase the item?
System will auto sending the email to requester once approved by
management
5. How to ship the item to consigment stock and check
the quantity of consigment stock?
You can use the consigment invoice to ship out your goods to
consignment stock. Before that, you need to add to consignment
warehouse in system in order to check the quantity of goods in
consignment stock.
6. Month end closing problem. Message prompt out
"Transaction not yet posted
Please check from unposted report and find the batch number which are
not yet posted.
